Deliveries / Pick Up

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Absolutely the Benches Now team would love to meet you, we offer pick up from the following locations during business hours Mon-Fri 8.30am-4pm Only:

Melbourne (Oakleigh South VIC 3167)

Sydney (Glendenning NSW 2761)

Brisbane (Karawatha QLD 4117)

Perth (Bayswater WA 6053)

What do I do if my delivery is outside the designated metro zones?

If your delivery address falls outside of our zones simply use our contact us page, leave all your details including SKU: Numbers of the required products, address, and contact details, we will then customise a quotation for you.

When will my order be shipped once it has been picked?

The following table displays the Approx: number of delivery days it takes for you to receive your order once it has been picked, packaged and dispatched.

All delivery time frames are quoted Mon. to Fri. and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Will my order be covered against loss or damage?

All deliveries are fully insured against loss or damage. If you experience any issues during shipping, please contact us immediately.

Do I need to be there when the delivery arrives?

We highly recommend that you do not use Authority to leave items unattended unless there are special circumstances, such as very rural/remote deliveries. If you have chosen for your delivery to be left unattended without a signature (ATL -Authority To Leave), these types of orders are at your own risk and not covered by our complimentary insurance service.

We understand that this is inconvenient for some however 99% of our customers are small and medium businesses which accept deliveries during regular business hours.

 

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa®, MasterCard® PayPal®, and Direct Deposits as payment methods.

Are there any credit card fees?

No. We accept all major credit cards and do not charge any fees to pay for your order. 

Will I receive a tax invoice after payment?

Yes. Once you have successfully completed your order and payment, an official tax invoice will automatically be emailed to you from our checkout.

Do you store my credit card details?

No. Your credit card details are sent directly to our secure payment gateway. We never see your credit card details and we do not store them in our system. All credit card information is handled via a secure connection using the latest SSL encryption technology.

Am I required to prepay for my order?

Yes. Payment is required to complete your order in our system.

 

Refunds

Damaged goods.

 If any items arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours. Please contact us to discuss options to resolve the issue. We'll generally arrange a return for replacement or refund or provide a replacement part if the damage is minor. Please do not assemble, install or use any damaged goods.

Change of mind.

 Please choose carefully, as refunds aren't usually provided for simple changes of mind or wrong selections. Double-check your choices by using our product drawings before adding them to your cart!

Things to keep in mind.

  • Returns won't be accepted if original packaging isn't intact or missing.
  • Returns won't be accepted if products have been assembled/installed/used
  • Returned items will generally be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • Delivery of products back to us is payable by the buyer
  • All returns require approval on a case-by-case basis by management.

Can I speak with a real, live person here in Australia?

Yes, all members of our customer support team are located here in Australia and ready to take your call. All our team members are fully trained and multi-skilled, meaning they can generally assist you without the need for you to be transferred.

What are your response time to queries? 

When it comes to response times, we are a little fanatical. Quotes, queries, emails and support requests are generally actioned within minutes (not hours or days) during business hours.

What are your operating hours for customer support?

Monday to Friday  8.30am - 5.30pm (AEST)

What is the fastest method of contacting you?

Completing a Contact Us request form on our website is fast. Sending us an email is faster.  Calling our 1300 BENCHES (1300 236 243) phone number during business hours is the fastest method of contacting us.
